The core processing (MSCL measurements, splitting, imaging, and core description) of the existing COREF cores commenced and approaches a smoothly workflow more and more.

Diving was successful, we could recover 50 exellent samples with a high-P drill. Sea conditions were calm, and the forecast for tomorrow is promising, so we can continue the sampling campaign. The coral colonies haven´t been damaged during drilling (Text by SM, 2016).
