It's core processing time at NGU in Trondheim, Norway. Tony and Timmu are splitting our cores, then we store them in our drying room over night. The day after, Laura and Melanie are scanning the slabbed cores with ICDP's core scanner. One dry and one wet image of each corebox is taken. Victor and Ian are stationed at the sediment lab. They are taking XRF measurements which we will use for relogging the cores. Meanwhile, Aivo is helping out wherever he can and is busy planning phase 2 of the drilling.
