Albert & Gu?mundur Omar infront of the deepest high-temperature well in Iceland with a total depth of 3082.4m .

Drilling of the RN-17 sidetrack was completed at a depth of 3082.4m. The drill-bit was too worn out to continuing to drill down to 3100m, therefore the decision was made to call final TD. The well is the deepest high-temperature well in Iceland, and only 2.6 m shallower then the deepest well in Iceland, which is located in Reykjavik.
