Workshop Call: First International E-ODP Workshop (Shanghai, China)

Registration and abstract submission are now open for the First International E-ODP Workshop, taking place September 9–11, 2026, at Tongji University in Shanghai.

This workshop will bring together researchers in ocean drilling, Earth system science, data science, machine learning, and AI to explore how decades of scientific drilling data can accelerate future scientific breakthroughs.

Timeline:
📅 June 30, 2026 – Abstract submission, registration, and travel grant application deadline
📅 July 10, 2026 – Travel grant notifications
📅 July 30, 2026 – Scientific program release
📅 September 9–11, 2026 – Workshop dates
